What do I need to do to become a certified daycare provider.I'm a stay at home mom with 22+ yrs exp.?

I have worked outside my home for the past 22yrs., I want to stay home with my 3yr. now.I love children and would like to start a daycare in my home ,but I am not to sure how to go about it .
