what do i need to know when starting a food business?
my parents are planning to start a small restaurant but the problem is, neither of us knows anything about this business. we're not good cooks nor handled a business like this before. they only got interested bec of it's nice location & it is an existing restaurant so they have clients already. verything is complete & all we need to do is bring our staffs & the stuffs to sell. would this be a good investment for us or not? pls help....
